Chair Saimoni (Sai) Lealea has provided leadership to Pacific groups, specifically in funding allocations, to promote Pacific development and conservation, as well as advice regarding promotion of Pacific languages and culture in New Zealand. He received the Honorary Medal of New Zealand merit for his services to Pacific communities in 2018.

Sholan Ivaiti of Auckland is of Cook Island Māori heritage. As Treasurer he will chair the finance and audit committee. He is currently the CEO of Audit Integrity Ltd providing auditing and assurance services to mainly the Not-For-Profit sector. He has considerable board and public service experience. In the Cook Islands he was Chair of the Cook Islands Fuel Pricing Committee, a director of the Bank of Cook Islands and the Cook Islands Superannuation Fund. He is currently a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Pacific Community, a Pacific Institution based in New Caledonia and a board trustee representing Pa Ariki on Te Wananga Whare Tapere O Takitimu, a Maori School in Hastings. He is also a former head of the Cook Islands Ministry of Finance and Economic Management. He has a Master’s Degree in commerce majoring in Accounting, an Economics Bachelor of Arts Degree, and a Bachelor of Laws, LLB degree. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and the Cook Islands.

Richard Broadbridge was born in Suva, Fiji and has over 25 years experience in content and distribution in the Pacific Islands. He also owns and operates telecommunications businesses in Papua New Guinea and New Zealand with enterprise and Government internet customers spanning the highlands of PNG, remote islands of Tuvalu and rural parts of Aotearoa. He has personally managed large content projects including Pacific Games and Festival of Pacific Arts producton and managed rights and distribution for several Rugby Union, Football, Olympic Games and Rugby League events in the Pacific region. He is a former Chair of Film Fiji and resides in Otago.

Po’e Jerome Mika is an accomplished professional holding the dual roles of Community and Business Development Lead at The Cause Collective and Managing Director at a Consultancy Company. His career is marked by an unwavering dedication to engaging with Māori and Pacific communities, ensuring the integration of cultural perspectives into diverse projects and initiatives. Jerome's professional journey is impressive, featuring a diverse array of roles, including serving on the boards of organisations in both the private and public sectors. His extensive involvement in the Union movement, across New Zealand and Samoa, reflects his deep passion for advocating workers' rights and social justice. During the critical Covid-19 response period, Jerome played a pivotal role in providing vital support to communities in need, thereby influencing government policies and strategies. Presently, he holds a seat on the Hanga-Aro-Rau Council, where he oversees engineering, manufacturing, and logistics initiatives. Additionally, he co-chairs the Workplace Development Council Pacific Fono, further demonstrating his unwavering commitment to community welfare and the advancement of industry
